Hey everyone

So many exciting things are happening as D-Day draws closer....
What are the plans? What is going on?

here are some updates....

Registration has climbed and we have about 340 - 350. Woo hoo! Details for registrations processes have been sent by Cindy! woo hoo!

Ushers/Altar Workers - please ensure ur teams are not wearing shorts etc. Let's gather at GTPJ by about 715pm.
Briefing for Ushers and Altar Workers : Parousia hall @ 730pm.
By 8pm please adjourn to the Maranatha hall to gather together to pray and consecrate ourselves before the Lord and the conference.

We had a GLORIOUS day washing and scrubbing the kitchen and tomorrow sterilizing of the kitchens so that clean healthy and wholesome food wil be served :D
The booklets have arrived...
the pens and torchlights are arriving tomorrow...
Worship team is rehearsing....
everyone is GOING ALL OUT....

Please be ready in and out of season to lend a helping hand to any committee member in any area especially if you see the need. Let's join our hearts and hands together and run this conference tog for the GLORY of GOD!

What to do when you arrive on Sat =)


 Delegates are required to register at the registration counters set up at the main lobby area by 8.15am.

 Registration lines are divided according to alphabetical order of family names for individuals and church groups of 3 and above. For church groups, please nominate a leader to confirm your attendance and collect the delegate packs.

 Upon registration, you will receive a delegate pack each. After collecting your delegate packs, please receive an ink stamp on your hand for your meals before you leave the counter.

 Please note that registration is only confirmed upon payment. So please proceed to the payment counter if you have not made any payment.

 Do not forget to bring your receipt. Delegates may be asked to show their receipts as proof of payment.

 Walk-ins are charged RM80 per pax. Please note that meals and delegate packs for walk-ins will only be given subject to availability.

 Light breakfast will be served 8am onwards at the canopy area until 8.45am. Food is not guaranteed for latecomers.

Kindly take note... that CONSECRATION PRAYER is now moved to FRIDAY (24th July) before our FIRST night session.

There will also be BRIEFING for our Altar Counsellors. So everyone, be on STAND BY yah =)

For those who need to set up, pack and all, you can determine a time to get your team to meet up and do so :D
